We are looking for GPs to join our dynamic, enthusiastic and well regarded Practice located in the beautiful seaside town of Herne Bay in East Kent as a salaried GP.
We are a large Practice looking after 22,500 patients based across two sites.
Across our Partnership, we have an extensive clinical team working alongside our GP Partners.
Our team is made up of GPs, Paramedic Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners as well as a full complement of treatment room staff including Diabetes and Respiratory Specialist Nurses and Health Care Assistants, social prescribers, and a large administrative team.
As a Practice we are passionate about the education and training of all health professionals.
We have two GP Trainers and a GP Clinical Supervisor.
We also offer placements to Medical Students and Nursing Students.
We have a great relationship with our neighbouring Practice having worked well with them for many years developing new health services for the population of Herne Bay.
We have formed an excellent PCN and work collaboratively in providing first class care to our patients, including an urgent treatment centre, ophthalmology, MSK and ENT services, and if you have GPSI skills or want to develop special interests in the future we would be happy to discuss how this might fit in with the PCN’s plans.
Salary is competitive with 7 weeks annual and study leave, and there is scope for additional work within the PCN at attractive rates of remuneration either regularly or occasionally
