We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how patients perceive our surgery and staff.
To help us with this, we have set up a patient representation group so that we can get patients say. We ask the members of this representative group some questions about the service or any proposed changes from time to time. We have quarterly patient participation group meetings chaired by the Practice Manager. Between these meetings contact is usually via email.
We would like views from patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. If you would be willing to join this group please ask for an application form at reception or email [email protected] for the attention of Katie Marsden, Reception manager.
Any amount of time you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
